In-Store Pickup

Orders marked for in-store pickup can be collected only during our regular opening hours, listed in the website footer. If you’re unsure, feel free to call ahead to confirm.

Order Cancellation

Once payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns

If an item isn’t to your liking, you may return it within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Returns can be made via courier or a delivery person of your choice. Please note that all return shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within up to 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
